KSL 5 News investigates state spending on trinkets and toys

The gist of this article is that the Utah government is wastefully spending money on toys. Of course, all government spending is wasteful, otherwise they would not have to force people to pay for it. However, I wanted to make a comment about a comment made at the end of the article.

"Barbara Toomer has a suggestion for the state: Stop buying dental bibs and start paying for the dental care of Utah's Medicaid patients. Their coverage was cut just last week."

Well I have my own suggestion for the state: Stop buying dental bibs and lower taxes! That way the rich can afford to create more jobs and the poor can make more money to pay for medical care.
