New Utah law expected to cause child-care closures

Apparently, the media thinks that when people do not have a license, they cannot do business. Well, people can still do business. What this really means for Utah, is that the government will lose money, since fewer people will try to obtain a license. I do not see how this is a bad thing. If people really wanted a "licensed" provider, a private agency could license people. My wife and I use an unlicensed provider, who is way better then our licensed provider was.
